We are looking to speak with outbound sales professionals who have experience managing a portfolio of customers with a consultative approach to selling in either legal or financial services. This is a warm sales role as the New Business team deal with our customer base of flexible workers, primarily over the phone and via email. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team within one of Brookson's most successful New Business teams. 

What you will do

• Deal with our customer base of flexible workers over telephone and by email 
• Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing Teams in relation to leads, interactions and the customer journey 
• Communicate with Recruitment Agencies and Clients and Business Partners 
• Manage a pipeline of Customers 
• Close sales whilst adhering to legislative requirements 
• Provide customer service over the phone 

The ideal candidate will have

• Outbound calling experience
• A minimum of two years’ sales experience 
• Demonstrated experience closing a sale 
• Previous experience in managing a pipeline of customers 
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Understanding of Legal and Financial services
