We are looking for an Administrator to join our busy payroll team for a period of three months to cover maternity. You will provide effective administration support to our payroll team within our umbrella service.

As Administrator you will

  • Allocation of payments
  • Carry out pension enrolment
  • Process statutory claims
  • Issue P45’s for leavers
  • Process P45’s for new customers
  • Respond to ad-hoc payroll related queries
  • Creating invoices
  • Data entry

Our ideal Administrator will have

  • 2 years’ experience in administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • GCSE Grade C or above Maths and English
  • Payroll experience is desirable
