Brookson Group are actively recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their growing tech division. You will be part of a friendly collaborative  IT Support team responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to over 400 end users.  The role offers variety and career progression within our fantastic technology lead company.

What you will do

  • Handle technical queries from end users
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with business hardware and software
  • Resolution of support requests
  • Completion of project work
  • The professional deployment of new hardware and software
  • Provide professional support to a business with over 400 clients and be involved in all aspects of the operation and support of the IT infrastructure including key business systems


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of deploying and using Windows operating systems and applications such as Windows 7/8/10
  • MCSA/MCSE, CCNA qualified is desirable.
  • Server 2008 2012 and 2012 R2, Office 365, Windows deployment services and or MDT
  • Experience with Antivirus deployment and monitoring
  • Understanding of networks, virtualization and telephony
  • Experience in IT Administration and support in a customer facing environment
  • Experience of SQL administration, VMWare, MS Exchange
  •  Experience of CRM, Dynamics Navision preferable but not essential
