Payroll Client Relations Advisor
Warrington, Hybrid role
We are Brookson, for over 25 years we have been supporting the self-employed, contracting and freelance market with high quality accountancy and finance support. We offer services to both workers and hirers and we are currently seeking a Payroll Client Relations Advisor to join our fast-paced Payroll team.
Our Payroll Client Relations Advisor role is a unique role which is entirely dedicated to the customer experience. The Payroll Client Relations Advisor (PCRA) takes ownership of any client payroll query or complaint we receive, these may come directly into the team or via other channels such as sales or customer service. The PCRA will take full ownership of the query, or complaint, from receipt to resolution. An ideal role for those with an understanding of the operations of umbrella payroll looking for a role where you can apply your expertise in a different way. You will investigate the issue using the in-house systems and records we hold. You may also need to speak with individuals within various teams to understand the case in more detail. Using this information, you will then be able to diagnose and resolve the issue updating the customer and closing the case. Another element of this role is using a more strategic approach. What are the queries that we receive. Why are they happening. Are there efficiencies and changes we can implement on mass to proactively improve a process for the customer. Gathering data and supporting information to then influence a change in process and ultimately improve the customer experience.
The ideal role those those with umbrella payroll experience, excellent communication skills and problem solving skills to utilise your strengths in a role designed to add value to both the customer and internal colleagues across the business.
Our Head Office is based in Warrington, we offer the option to work in the office each day if that’s your preference, or we have the option for hybrid working which would mean 2 days in the office with the rest remote working.
A full time role, 37.5 hours per week. Our Umbrella Payroll team work a rota basis between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
