Brookson Financial have a new opportunity for an Administrator to join the team, based in their offices in Coventry. This is a busy role supporting the Advisors in managing the client administration, data capturing and regularly interacting with new and existing clients.


What you will do

- Ensuring that client files are maintained in line with internal policies and professional standards

- Communicating with medical experts on case underwriting

- Resolving client issues quickly and professionally

- Carrying out Prevention of Money Laundering checks on clients, in line with existing legislation and Group policies

- Ensuring that fees and commissions reconciled and are paid promptly, including the

invoicing of clients

- Supporting advisors and managers to ensure that compliance and legal requirements are met in line with the Firm’s Compliance Manual

- Administration support and case handling from application to completion


The ideal candidate will have

- A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar administration role

- A minimum of 6 months working in a professional services environment, ideally financial services

- An interest in studying Financial Services qualifications in the future
